Moving On
Effective April 1st 2010 the Scranton Martial Arts Center LLC closed its doors for the final time. Along with hundreds of thousands of other small businesses and hard working Americans, the Center fell victim to the poor state of the US economy.  The instructors of the Center would like to thank the loyal students who worked hard every day by focusing on their training and helping to support the school for as long as they could. Without you, the dream of passing on traditional martial arts knowledge would not have been possible.  To those students I say, "keep the knowledge alive, practice your art regularly and as hard as ever, in all aspects of your life". In these dark times for our country the essence of traditional kung fu is needed now more than ever. Â
To the individuals who attempted to capitalize on the closing of the Center and who contributed to the Center's closing (you know who you are), the student body and instructors would like you to remember one thing, Karma comes around, and it hits harder than any martial artists ever could. We wish you no ill will but only want to say "Good Luck".Â
